High-speed Combustion

The side of the stoker plate is machined, and the arrangement gap is extremely narrow and almost in a seamless state. Through this narrow gap and gaps in the lower part of the stoker segments, combustion air is uniformly blown into the stoker at a speed of more than 20 m/s, thereby achieving high-speed stable combustion. The high-speed combustion overcomes the defects of slow combustion, air bias flow, low combustion efficiency and the like of a large-gap fire stoker, the combustion is very uniform and stable, and a fire hole does not appear even if the garbage accumulated on the fire stoker is uneven in thickness.


Independently Driven

Along the width direction, the stoker is divided into 1st row, 2nd row... Each row is further divided into a drying section, a combustion section 1, a combustion section II and a burn-out section along the length direction, the sections of each row are mutually independent units, and each unit is respectively provided with an independent driving system. By adopting an independent driving mode, it can adjust the running speed of each section independently according to the requirement of garbage combustion, so that the garbage can finish the processes of drying, burning and burnout in a functional area of the fire stoker and is completely burnt out in an expected area, thereby ensuring that the heat ignition loss rate of the discharged slag meets the emission requirement.


Horizontal Stoker

When the movable stoker is at the neutral point, the stoker is in a horizontal state as a whole. The pushing angle of the stoker sheet is 20°, which is a forward pushing stoker. Through the reciprocating motion of the movable fire stoker pieces, the garbage can be fully rolled and stirred, and the drying, burning and burning of the garbage are facilitated.
